The Anderson-Behel Imports car dealership is located in San Jose on Stevens Creek Boulevard - one of the main areas for car dealerships in San Jose. In its current size, the showroom and customer service areas are not large enough to display the selection of Porsches and Audis available.
The principles governing the addition design were to more than double the showroom size, create a plan which optimizes the functional requirements necessary to operate the ideal car dealership, and to create an addition which harmonizes with the existing building and aspires to the aesthetic goals of the dealership as a whole.
